This tourism player manages a range of services for demanding clients. A significant number of providers are involved in delivering these services, leading to a time-consuming and error-prone manual management process for numerous transactions. The objective here was to automate nearly the entire process of communicating bookings to providers—an area with little added value for employees—allowing them to focus on customer relations and the quality of service delivered.
Project challenges
The management of customer bookings and the scheduling of drivers and hostesses responsible for their reception is a manual process carried out by our client’s teams. These time-consuming tasks, requiring copy-pasting, add little value, and their repetitive nature makes them prone to potential errors by the teams.
