Yet it is often time-consuming for HR teams and managers, and a source of frustration for new arrivals. On average, an employee asks 40 to 50 questions in the first few weeks. And what about HR? We still spend too much time sending reminders, re-explaining the same things, or chasing after induction checklists.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It&#8217;s in this context that generative AI offers a concrete response: simplify onboarding, without losing the human link.<br><br><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>The observation: onboarding is still too operational<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite HRIS tools, the integration process is often still manual: documents are sent out, reminder e-mails are sent out, and there are multiple checkpoints&#8230; A cumbersome process, especially in a context of accelerated recruitment. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managers, on the other hand, have to juggle their tasks with welcoming new employees. The result? Support that is sometimes delegated or uneven, depending on the department.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And what about the newcomers?
