Implement a project process and monitoring of the group’s activity:

Create a single project roadmap shared by all
Strengthen the team spirit of Codir by clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each person
Identify blind spots and opportunities in current processes
Gather employees around a few easy tools shared by all

Identify and understand the project processes within the departments
Identify the gaps between CODIR, management and individual objectives
Build an opportunity chart with the elements to keep, to generalize, the blind spots and points of interest
Share the elements with the Codir to remove any unclear points
Implement the new project process and associated tools

Involve employees in the homogenization of the project experience to gain efficiency and set the scope of the various departments at each stage of the project
