Objectives

Implement a project process and monitoring of the group’s activity:

  • Create a single project roadmap shared by all
  • Strengthen the team spirit of Codir by clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each person
  • Identify blind spots and opportunities in current processes
  • Gather employees around a few easy tools shared by all

Our methodology

  • Identify and understand the project processes within the departments
  • Identify the gaps between CODIR, management and individual objectives
  • Build an opportunity chart with the elements to keep, to generalize, the blind spots and points of interest
  • Share the elements with the Codir to remove any unclear points
  • Implement the new project process and associated tools
