Objectives

  • Co-build the new customer experience with all of the company’s employees, all departments combined (head office and field)
  • Generate ideas based on the major stages of the customer journey and customer needs
  • Structure and provide access to all the ideas generated by the 500 employees in order to feed the project roadmaps for the next 5 years
  • Create commitment and pride of belonging among all employees

Our methodology

Based on a new customer cycle built with interviews and the Codir:

  • create co-construction days throughout France, combining all of the company’s departments
  • Capture all the insights generated during these days through a custom-built digital interface
  • Structure the data collected in a dedicated tool that can be accessed by everyone to facilitate decision-making by the Executive Committee and project teams
